Ingredients:

Cold pressed unrefined flaxseed oil (linum usitatissimum) (contains 60% omega 3 as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)) 753mg
evening primrose seed oil (oenothera biennis) 10mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Sunflower oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, lecithin, rice bran oil, oat bran oil, tocopherols, glycerin, water, modified food starch, carrageenan, sodium carbonate and caramel.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals. 14 capsules are equivalent to 15ml (1tbsp) of oil.
